OK so what type of wood is he using on the sides and back?? it's good clean work that he does...

His website and add in acoustic speaks loudly about the use of Brazilian. I believe he was at HGF, and also last years and Next years NGF. He just signed up with the MGL, so maybe Jake will pop in here?

I'm working on getting into the NGL this time around (wish me luck)...

He does VERY nice work, I really like the clean lines and the wood matching, it's really good stuff.

I think your right that it BR, I found his site and was poking around, I'm just about ready to make our wood vendors happy for a while. I'm planning this years batch of guitars and will be getting some BR for the first time...
